Abysmal dealer paperwork, good thing we like the car!

We bought the black '01 9-5 Aero on Friday 11/24. Saab Financial only got the lease paperwork today, so I'll have to probably charge my first payment which is due 12/27. It was a 5 hour delivery process, the only hitch is the usual 'what will you give us for our trade' bullsh*t, but otherwise woefully unprepared salesperson with virtually none of the paperwork ready to go. Then OnStar took another 45 minutes to activate, and the plates (not vanity, just a normal tag) finally showed up today. It's a good thing we really like this car, because comparitively, the Audi TT roadster we picked up on 11/30 took less than an hour to deliver and sign everything, first lease bill showed up last Friday, tag arrived last Friday... David O'Neal Saab in Raleigh NC vs Crown Audi in Greensboro, NC.
Oh, and I already got Crown's customer satisfaction survey on the delivery process, haven't received O'Neal's yet but I'm REALLY going to enjoy filling it out... ;-)
Aero is great, going in for its 1k mile check on Wednesday.
So far the service department seems to have their act together a bit more than sales and finance...
