About a year ago i replaced the water pump for the Saab 9-5 1999 for it showed to loose coolant. About 2 months ago my radiator was shot (the housing came off the radiator and the plastic pvc that goes on the housing cracked) . replaced the radiator and i thought everything was going to be fine. The last week i saw fill coolant fluid/level on the sid II and i was shocked. AT first i opened the canister where to pour the fluid and it seemed their was a lot of "air pressure". so i ran the car and once all the air was out put more fluid in. Then took it for a test run and came back and after 30 minutes it says fill coolant level. Started the car back up again and saw their was a leak on the coolant bypass valve. So i replaced that item with a genuine Saab part. The item was replaced yesterday and when i ran the car it was fine for a good 40 minutes or so and again fill coolant fluid on sid. When i checked the level of fluid it seemed to have that air pressure again but this time their is no signs of leakage. i am stumped and was wondering what else could be a problem. All housing was checked and their are no signs of leakage by them. any help would be extremely appreciated. thanks
