One more oil leak question

While doing my 60K service on my 2.3, I noticed much oil around the lower pulley. OK - maybe the PCV update & oil pump seal needed. The local Saab tech sez no, new head gasket & retorque head bolts needed. My question(s)are - are you able to see the oil leak from the head area? Would you not also loose coolant with loose headbolts? I do not see either from above nor is the coolant level dropping. Your opinions plez?
