Speedometer inaccurate?

Has anyone with an Aero (2000 9-5 sedan) experienced inaccuracies
with their speedometer?
I've driven past a few of those "portable speedtraps" where they
have a radar gun and a display, showing you your speed. All on
"side roads", speed limit 30 or 40 mph. Seems every one (I think I've
noticed it 4 times now, different places so different radar guns)
I've passed displayed 3 miles slower than my speedometer was registering.
For example, if I was doing 33 mph, the radar display showed 30.
Since the Aero has bigger wheels, could this be causing the problem?
I don't know if the computer needs to be "adjusted" (or just jumper'ed)
to indicate the different size tire.
Note: Everything is stock on my car. I didn't 'add' or change anything,
tho it was the sales manager's 'ride' for its first 6 mos.
For historical information, the on-board computer had been changed for
a "satisfaction campaign" (read: recall :) and that's when my shift-up
indicator light stopped bugging me... could this be related?
Any thoughts?
