Apparently the engine was filled with water but after getting as much out as they could and with several attempts at starting they got it going. With new oil, plugs, and air filter it seems to run as well as ever. There is a check engine light and the SID says "Service Theft Alarm." I will wait a few days to see if the light goes away before taking it to my indy. I have not yet searched for the alarm siren. Is it located low enough to be submerged in 18 inches of water? Its unfortunate that the air intake is almost at axle level. Thanks for the comments guys and beware of flash floods.
