I have the part number you are referring to, but, unfortunately, it does NOT cover your car. It covers 9-5's from 2006 on, which have the newer GM radio. I have your email address from an earlier post of your's, so I will send it to you anyway.

Are you absolutely sure your car doesn't already have Tel1? To be sure, you have to pull the radio AND the radio cage (which is where the wiring actually goes into). If there are wires coming out of the socket on the cage which correspond to the pins on the radio marked Tel In, Tel Gnd and Mute (or Tel +, Tel - and Mute)then you DO have Tel1 prep, and you just have to find where the plug is. If it's there, it will probably be buried in the wiring harness under all the black friction type tape.
