No - unfortunately the tone or, pitch of the problem does not change a whole lot as the speed increases. That is what makes this so wierd. I had also thought that the E-Brake might be the culprit as the noise is very much like a drum brake sound. I will be leaving the car for a few days at the shop until they figure it out. Thanks for the assistance.
