Any lease return experiences w/ Saab Financial?

I will be returning my leased 9-5 to Saab Financial in a week and wanted to know what experiences others have had w/ Saab Financial. I will be leasing a new 9-5 at the same time.
My car is in excellent condition w/ only 25K miles and 2 tires w/ border line tread wear & an 8" scratch along the edge of the plastic bumper
that runs behind the bottom of the tire well.
How strict are they about tire wear and exterior scratches?
Are they fair about charging for extra wear & tear?
Seems like their return process leaves alot to be desired.
They told me that first you return the car to the dealer who fills out a lease return form with you. Then it takes a week for an inspector to come out and take a look at the car and make a determination on the condition of the car. Then i will be notified by Saab financial of any excess wear & tear. Seems that they like to keep the customer guessing until you no longer can fix anything on the car yourself.
How are they able to get away w/ this?
