Your situation sounds exactly like mine did. The harness is the one that goes to the NSS and is next to the battery. You can also try jumping the wires in your relay box by the driver's feet. There are very detailed posts about this from MontereyAero and Swedecar.
It's an easy DIY. I replaced mine and have had no problems since.
