Xenons, not a big deal to me.
Reverse sensors - I personally like them a lot. I have two small kids and I fell better knowing that I won't squash them or any of their toys. On a 9-5 sedan, not critical as the visibility is good, but I do feel safer with them.
Auto dimming mirrors - excellent feature - they work great. Could I live without them? Yeah, If I had to.
Rain sensing wipers - mine do not work well at all. I had the car in when still under warranty and they replaced the sensor. They still don't work. The concept is great and I truly wish they worked because I hate seeing the wipers going. I use lots of Rain X.
Summary - I like all of the features, but not sure I would pay the $1500 or so if I were ordering the car from the factory.
