If you've got a bulge on the sidewall of the tire, it's toast and should be replaced asap. The bulge means that the structure of the tire has been seriously compromised. Continuing to drive on it is an invitation to test the numerous safety features that are built into the car.
As the others have already pointed out, the wheel should be inspected and repaired (if possible) too.
