Some 9-5's experienced this after the ECM recall/replacement. Search this board for further info. I had it happen on mine and they had to replace the throttle body. If the 30,000 mile service was done properly the car should have new spark plugs. If no new plugs, that could also be the problem. Suggest SAAB approved service if not being done previously. Records of the cars previous service history is in the SAAB dealer network. Have them check it out. Good luck and happy SAABing.
