Weird 9-5 Aero tranny issue

My 2001 Aero wagon is experiencing a strange tranny issue. After being parked facing uphill (even slightly) I put it in gear (either forward or reverse) and it creeps very slowly no matter what the rpm. This lasts for about 30 seconds, then it engages fine with no further problems. Problem doesn't happen after being parked on level ground or facing downhill. I had a full tranny flush/transfusion by a trans shop using a pump and Dexron III fluid but the problem remains. Any ideas? Could it be the filter? Is my tranny dying?
