Your profile matches exactly this little punk who my brother and I caught swiping the valve caps off my brother's yellow Corvette convertible a couple of years ago. We were at a wedding, dressed in suits standing outside the church (in our mid and late 30's.) We were admiring his ride from about 150 yards away when we both starting straining to make out what this kid was doing crouched down beside his car. At the same exact time we realized what was happening we both broke out into a full sprint down the street yelling at him to stop (alongside the church!) He bolted and threw the caps into some bushes, but we did catch him. His father was not pleased when he had to fork over the $40!
