Hi All,
I would like to share with all of you my latest experience with eEuroparts, one of the web site's sponsors.
My problem started over the last weekend when I was on the trip to Yakima, WA from Seattle, WA (around 160K one way). Two months earlier, my alternator (from eEuroparts) and battery (from Pep Boys) was replaced (5 years old). On Saturday when I was parking in front of our hotel in Yakima, my car started to act a little strange. Slowly, one by one, the ABS, parking, info, and check engine started to light on my panel. After little investigation, I found out that my battery is dying and my alternator is not loading my battery. Unfortunately we had to tow my car to Seattle on Sunday afternoon.
Monday morning I called to eEuroparts and discussed this issue with a very polite sales representative, who was very helpful and promised to send me a new alternator in the next 3 days.
On Tuesday afternoon to my surprise this alternator was siting on my porch (what an excellent service), no charge. On Tuesday evening I decided to work on my car and started with disconnecting the negative cable from the battery... (you know the rest). When I finally got to the point of disconnecting cables from the alternator, I noticed that the positive cable is almost cut and is barely connected to the alternator. After fixing this connection everything was working like it supposed to. So this morning (Wednesday) I decided to call eEuroparts and tell them about my experience and ask them how am I suppose to send them their alternator, which I did not need any more. To my surprise, the representative from eEuroparts told me to use the return label which came with this new alternator and to not worry. I was in shock; after so many years of dealing with so many web sites, I did not expect this kind of service. There are not many web sites which value their customers and understand the pain we have to go through. I learned that eEuroparts is one of few with this "high standard" of service for their customers. From now on, they can count on my business and loyalty. Professional, helpful, fast, easy to deal with and the big one is...
...keeping their promises with the guarantee.
Good luck with your business, eEuroparts.
