Xenon Problems - Level and Outage -(Long)

Hello,
I recently replaced my Xenons last month due to age. A month later, the passenger bulb went out. I switched the bulbs around and then the driver side did not work (the passenger side did) so I thought it was a bulb issue. The next day a was parked to see the front of the car's reflection in a gas station window and statred turning the light position switch in the car. When I switched it to off (far left), the passenger bulb went out and the driver side went on. Weird! I switched to night ( far right) and then both went on. The driver side keeps going out and the re-postioning the selector keeps working to get them both on. It stays consistent with only the driver side going out now. While this was all going on the xenon warning indicator is on. It only goes off when I accelerate because of the engine torque and very slight raising of the front end. I'm not sure if I should start with the front leveling sensor and/or rear. The xenon warning level has been doing this for a year. I procrastinate! Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also live an hour and a half away from an expensive SAAB dealer.
