Well that depends: with a healthy car, on a cool day, with 93 octane gas it should at least nudge the red band, maybe go into in a little bit. If your engine has a performance upgrade, it will get progressively further into the red depending on the power increase. If the engine isn't fully healthy, and/or the weather is hot, and/or you can't get good gas, you won't get to the red band.
