Whether you want to spend the $900+ for the package is up to you. Only you know whether you want those features. As for me, I lease my car, and it was only about another $10.00/month on the payment. I wanted the package because I actually like the park assist. I rarely parallel park anymore, and with a black car it's nice not to tap a bumper and end up with a scratch or indentation on the plastic bumper cover. Whatever happened to good old massive chrome bumpers? As for the Xenons, I can take or leave them. Bulb replacement is expensive and not a DIY (at least for me), but I do now have a dealer about 2-3 miles away. The autodimming outside mirrors are nice to have to block the glare from the tailgating SUV whose left headlight is pointing straight at your left hand mirror. Ironically, I thought the power folding mirrors were useless, but they are very handy for drive-thru windows and cash machines so that you can pull close enough without worrying about scraping the mirror on protective stanchions. It's your choice.
