Search this BB under Stephen Goldberger and after many posts you will (eventually) find more of a global post/posts of rear camber adjustments on foreign marques vs SAAB....
Not to put words in Stephen's mouth here...but he outlines that rear drive vehicles like BMW are extremely sensitive performance-wise to rear camber adjustments...and short tire life is just a part of the BMW owner experience...
My indie services Porsche, and when adjusting the rear camber on my vehicle--2001 LPT, he outlines how he could not do "my adjustments" on a Porsche, because the owner would instantly complain of performance loss ....
and as I recall he (Stephen wrote) continues with some mfr's (Audi) get very short life on rear tires due to agressive rear camber set-up
and he writes of his own experience of SAAB rear camber adjustments that had no perceptible effect on the handling of his SAAB...
(hope I got the jist of it right, Stephen)
Regards to all.
