Yep. I was in there the day before yesterday sticking felt dots under the tabs on my new to me '04 Aero. Go to WalMart or something and get a package of those sticky felt dots, assorted sizes. Keep them in the glove box, haha. No joking. I put the sunroof all the way back (beyond its default stopping point). Then standing on the front door jambs I climbed up and removed the three tabs you're talking about. They pull straight out. Put a felt dot on the metal piece where each tab rests and snap the tabs back in. The rattle should go away. I also found on the frontward tabs on the sunroof trip that there was felt installed from the factory, but it had worn off around the edges, exposing the adhesive. So I get a sticky creaking sound every time I go over a bump. I wedged some more weather stripping under those. The two side dash speaker grills are also covered in felt dots underneath too because they like to rub on the dash and make creaking sounds. Gotta love it!
