I had the same issue several years ago. Fortunately, I had saved the set of rubber boots from a DIC I had previously replaced.
The rubber boots are not available as a separate component. Use of silicon grease made especially for spark plug boots avoids the problem with them tearing. Regrease every time you remove the cassette.
To get a replacement boot(s):
1. See your indy and ask for a defective cassette
2. See your dealer and ask whether they have a defective cassette.
3. A scrap yard might be a viable option except that they may want to sell you a used cassette.
