Down pipe to turbo connection....torque?

I'm reconnecting the exhaust to the turbo after some work on my '02 Aero. Does anyone know the approximate torque on the three connecting nuts? "Fix My Saab" says to cinch them up pretty tight but, although I respect that site, my previous experience says to go easy because the high temperatures will expand the connection and may snap the studs (as often occurs with exhaust manifolds). Anybody have a WIS? Thanks in advance.
