Thanks to Saabnet and its caring contributors, I was able to successfully install the PCV #6 ungrade and relay 666 jumping for the highbeam lights. Got the PCV kit from eEuroparts ($49.90), instructions from FixMySaab.com, and split the old hose to check for sludge. None at all (84,664 miles on 2002 Aero). The biggest pain was getting the insulation around the coolant hoses and check valve. Jumping the FR1 relay (666) gives me the previously-unused halogen highbeams, along with the xenons. Nice upgrade for less than $3.50. Thank you all.
