Hi All,

I'm in the market for used entry lux/sport sedan. The 9-5 seems like it might fit the bill. If I get a 9-5 it has to be the wagon with the sport suspension, moreover I think I'd feel most comfortable with a lower mile 06-08.

Is any one option more coveted than any other? i.e. are the ventilated seats a must? How much better is the HK audio system? I love the look of the white seats/black carpet. What else should I be verifying for these years/model to make sure I don't get a lemon?


I had been considering Japanese imports with V8's and RWD, i.e 05/06 GS430 & 06 M35/45, absent me hating the feel/response of the 9-5, I like the idea of getting nearly as much car, utility and looks of sports wagon, decent performance in a unique, and to me, sharp looking car.
