I replaced mine for the first time at 235K miles..... But this schedule is clearly not advisable. I replaced the top pulley at 105K, 180K and 235K. I replaced the tensioner pulley and center idler at 105K and 235K. I replaced the tensioner itself at 235K miles.
At 235K the tensioner had a visible shudder with the engine running and I felt I was on borrowed time until failure.
