Hello, There might be a clue in the 70 mph speed you cite. Check your tie rod ends. I've experienced wobbling at speed and was certain it was an out-of-balance tire. Then the highway would turn slightly, the force would keep the tire still and I'd be going 75 mph smoothly. Ripples in blacktop coatings have often caused rythmic shaking I've thought to be out-of-balance tires. One more puzzle: When I rotate my tires there is never any uneven wear. Good luck.
