Looking to buy aero wagon

Took a look at a 2004 aero wagon with 120k miles. As expected with a car of this age, a few rock chips and dents, but nothing too bad. Mechanically seemed tight, engine ran strong and turbo got full boost. Noticed the muffler was starting to delaminate on the outside but pipes looked OK. Also noticed a bit of white smoke on startup, but went away after a few secs and did not reappear when warm.
Got the service records and seems like it was well taken care of, regular oil changes, 60k service, filters, etc. Engine bay shows normal rust and dirt (not steam cleaned), but no evidence of major leaks or damage. Noticed a few times in the shop for alignment, ACC, TB, coolant bypass valve, and others. Only thing that concerned me was tranny repair at 75k.
Still need to pull the carfax to see if there's any reason for those multiple alignments, but overall seemed OK.
Asking price is $6700 but think I can negotiate lower.
Buy or pass? I currently have a 9000 (my second) with 180k so starting to look but not under the gun.
Thanks
Ron
