It would appear your 9-5 is a 2005 and up - the oil return line that doesn't have the two hose clamps and rubber hose.
A few tips:
when ever trying to crack a "torx" head, make sure you come into the head straight on. Trying to crack a torx head on even the slightess angle can result in stripping the inside of the torx head.
If the torx screw appears to be rusted inside the head portion of the bolt, you may not be able to properly insert your tx30 or tx40 (or whatever size it is) tip. Clean the area with an awl (or other sharp object) to get the rust and other crap out of there. You want good bite when trying to loosen one of these bolts.
If all else fails and you can't crack the two torx bolts - remove the rad so the you have room to pull the turbo straight and as close as possible to the intercooler. In short, pull the oil drain pipe out of its hole in the block.
Hope the above helps.
