#36061 is 9-3/4" long from center of pin hole to center of ball hole.
#36063 is 11-3/4" long from center of pin hole to center of ball hole.
Both are 3-1/8" Rise.
My guess is get as short as will clear the bumper to minimize the tongue forces which are a potential concern with heavier trailers. The extra 2 inches might make sense if it was a matter of being able to open the wagon hatch with the trailer mounted.
