You know if you are the exclusive driver, there is an easier/cheaper way around that problem. Just figure out which button is sticking then reset it to the position you want the seats and mirrors to be in. Then it can readjust all it wants and it won't bother you at all.
But seriously, somebody probably spilled their latte in it, so what you really need to do is clean out the switch. They don't appear to pop out so you will need to take the side part of the seat off to get the switch out. Then you need to clean it out. I would use water it as that is usually the best solvent for things like lattes and soda pop but water has risks with electrical products. Then you would need to get it good and dry before reinstalling.
