by the white fitting. I will check it out this weekend. I have to change the cabin air filter anyway. Thanks for your help, B. Millar. From your prior posts you have pretty much the same car. But we have had lots of trouble with ours, now at 56k. We have had it two years and replaced...
DI cartridge
Throttle body
HVAC duct controls and Heater box
Motor mount
Window switchpack
Cup holder
Reterminate main wiring harness joints (in the shop for 3 weeks for this one)
Cooling fan
Idler puller and belt
Two front Zenon headlights
Radio w/ display
Cracks in factory carbon fibre dash panel
Passenger side seat base
ABS controller
Trunk struts
A few recall items like hoses and A pillar covers
All recommended maintenance with Mobil 0-40 at 5k intervals.
The ESP warning light remains on. And the engine vibrates badly at start up.
My trusty old 2000 9-3 SE with 151 k has not had half this many things go wrong in three times the miles. I really wonder about this car, we were going to keep it but it spends a few days in the shop every month. Thank God for the CPO good until August 2011. I have had 7 Saabs to date, often going to at least 150k on them. I thought this car would be more reliable than my other Saabs, but it has been very disappointing so far. I wish you much better luck.
