What do you mean by "extra" idle vibration - the 2004 ARC we have vibrates a bunch at idle, tolerable in warm weather but a real annoyance when temps get below 40 and engine is cold. If there is an extra vibration component to the aero model I glad I don't have one.
Have you had a good wheel alignment done lately ?
Sounds to me like maybe the car you bought may have been driven "heartily" and with "gusto" by the prior owner, or maybe he beat the snot out of the thing.
