Just a general FYI here....my car arrived with 51K miles already ('04 linear) . I changed all the vacuum lines and a few solenoids. And played suck and blow on the various PCV valves. My "white" valve, like the one that broke on you was good, but the "grey" one that goes to turbo intake pipe would not close. So I ordered a new one, a complete hose assembly with valve. And the new one failed the suck and blow test too. So I exchanged it and the new new one works better but not always. The only way I could get the valve to always close in "check" or reverse mode was to orient the hose so the valve was vertically aligned, so that gravity would help it close. I tried the suck and blow tests both dry and oil wet. I'm still contemplating installing a second valve vertically. Any comments wise people please?
