I was suspicious that the rear shocks may be bad and could be causing the rear of the car to kick to one side or another (very similar to a truck with no load in the rear hitting potholes while turning). Could this be the result of something else? Would worn bushings cause this effect? When I bounce the rear of the car it will absorb the force and return to its original position as if the shocks are working correctly.

Where should I look next? Any sort of wheel tests I can do for trailing arm bushings?
