Is your magic web site with all the info. Nutshell:

Get a copy of the TITLE to U.S. Customs at least three days prior to export.
Get a RECALL CLEARANCE LETTER from Saab or a Dealer.

Show up at US Customs with the car - they will stamp the title EXPORTED.

Show up at Canada Customs. They will charge you -

PST
GST
A/C Tax
6% DUTY
$215 or so IMPORT FEE

They will give you a form to fill out. When you get the form back from RIV, take it to inspection station and get the car inspected. You will also need a provincial inspection maybe. Then you can get your plates.

All the details are on the RIV.CA site. Read it a dozen times.
