Cheap repair for a DIY'er. Even if the problem persists, you haven't spent a bundle of $$. At age and miles on your car, 4mm vacuum lines are in need of replacement (before a failure leaves you stranded)...6 feet will do the trick.
Recent posts reflect an idle vibration due to a break in the PCV hose at the check valve...yours may be cracked, but not 100% separated yet...
