New front rotors/pad -- slight wobble above 65

Maybe it's me being paranoid, but since I've replaced my front rotors (R1 concepts premium/Akebono pads) I've noticed a slight wobble in the steering wheel above 65mph. I had the front end aligned before the swap and it was quite tight. I can't imagine I wacked it out of alignment by swapping the parts. Though I did struggle with several of the caliper bolts and had to use a pry lever and a E20 socket to remove them.
