That's the same pump I used in my 9-3 and it worked fine.
If you pull your pump you should see a Walbro model number (not Saab) that will cross reference to this one.
The round black part is a mounting boot that the pump fits in to.
The only gasket is a large rubber "0" ring secured by a large plastic nut to the top of the tank. There is lots of information available if you use the search function here and on the 9-3(old generation forum.)
