I kept my 2000 9-5 Aero until Aug 2007 and 280K miles. It was running well until I replaced it with a then new 2007 9-5 Aero.
Another 100K-200K miles is absolutely doable. Preventive maintenance is essential. However, it will have a new twist. Parts need replacement because they have worn out, which we're all quite used to.
However, the age of components, regardless of wear extracts a price as well. Rubber is a classic example of this; your service provider's replacement of vacuum and radiator hoses is an example of understanding this and the implementing of low cost prevention. Tires and rubber seals are another. Tire manufacturers and the NHTSA generally recommend periods of 4-6 years after which tires should be replaced regardless of thread remaining.
