Today the sound abruptly quit on my Harmon Kardon audio system ('02 Aero) while driving. May or may not be related to encountering a sharp bump at speed. Tuner, CD, and tape all seem to "work" as evidenced by what is indicated on the SID - just no sound. Checked all the system related fuses in the dash for both audio system and amplifier, and also pulled the head unit and checked the 5 amp fuse on the back.

Anyone have any ideas about what I might have missed? I've done a search and my problem does not seem to be very common. I suspect that these days finding someone who works on these will be difficult, at best, and I myself have zero skills in this area. Has anyone ever swapped for a used one at a recycle yard? I liked the unit very much when it worked and have no desire to "upgrade". Thanks for your thoughts.
