Times up. I have to decide on tires.

2006 9-5 5sp with sports suspension. Inspection coming up and tires won't pass, or if they do I will still need to replace them shortly thereafter.
Have dedicated 16 inch snows for winter, I'm looking for 235 45 17 high performence all seasons for my northeast area driving, mostly suburban commutes and long trips on interstates. I want all seasons due to early/late winter seasonal activity, so no dedicated high performance summer tires.
Read up on the board recommended Continental DWS and Michelin Exaltos, also the TireRack reviews for the 9-5 sedan sized cars and am still undecided.
Other than the noise of the worn out (30,000 miles) original issue P6 all seasons, I am ok with that tire. Last experience with Michelins was several years ago going from P6s to the MXV4s, and I missed the crisp turn in of the old tire, happy with the Michelins otherwise, except for the premium price. Would prefer not to do Michelins if that is still an issue as I love the 9-5's turn in response, even with the worn out tires. So I guess the order of importance would be:
- handling (turn in and grip)
- rain performance
- noise
- price
- longevity
I now turn the this over to you for your advice....
Thanks in advance.
