Thanks - looking to hear that type of feedback. Safelite has been buying up smaller glass businesses and bought the Elite Glass business where I had my windshield replaced 5 yrs back - Elite did a perfect job - but this time even the phone people from safelite sounded kind of sketchy .
And the fact they want $ 50 more to do a 1999 9-5 than a 2004 and couldn't explain why made me eliminate them from consideration.

I'm going to try Jiffy Glass and see how the low price leader performs.

Getting a windshield replaced shouldn't be that difficult - but it's out of pocket $$$ for me and it's somewhat of a racket and loaded with incompetent installers.
