Oops, I forgot enter my name. Here it is again in case it expires too soon.
It's worth getting done soon. Mine went downhill quickly and started to make the car idle very rough and sometimes stall, which happened once while making a left turn in front of traffic. Very scarey. It ended up costing about $220 for labor plus parts.
