I wonder if your condensor (radiator that expels heat from the system) is clogged up with debris. Fans that operate properly are critical as well. I hate to say this but depending on ambient temperature, there is only so much the machine can do to serve you. In Phoenix in August the condensor can only expel so much heat by blowing 112 degree air over the condensor. You would be amazed at the pressure changes in the system if you pour a lttle water on the condensor. I have seen nearly identical cars with 10 degrees difference in vent temperature and nearly identical pressures.
Oh! Make sure your recirculate is working.
