Beginning to hate the Aero

After driving my 2001 Range Rover the past 2 weeks driving my 2002 Aero SW A/T 93K reminds me how much I hate the suspension. It's like driving a lowered dump truck. One word -- crashy. I feel every bump, crack in the road. It's like a go kart. I'm in the process of replacing the front struts and mounts. I've already replaced the rears with new springs and Monroes. Zero improvement. The OE shocks at 92K were still fine to my disappointment and so were the springs. I checked the bushings in the rear when it was all a part and they look pretty good, though I still have bad camber.
I went with Monroes thinking it would alleviate some of the harshness but I'm thinking it was a mistake. My thinking with the Bilstein HD's was are they're a lot stiffer the ride would be even harsher. I don't need track or race car handling. Would like a more comfortable ride is all. I may forgo doing the fronts for the moment until I figure out a better solution. Koni FSD's at the moment are way too expensive imo. I may look at Koni's, or... Doh!
