Hi,
I need to replace spark plugs and DI for my 2001 saab 9-5 with 2.3t engine. This is the first time I do this. I checked my manual and searched on google and also this site but did not find the exact spark plug torque spec. I did find a post here in which someone indicated he/she torqued spark plugs with 20 pd-ft for a Saab 9-5. Is that the correct spec for all Saab 9-5s?
(I also found some posts indicating 21 pd-ft torque which confused me.)
And another question, maybe a little stupid: does 20 pd-ft = 240 pound-inch? I know this is a ridiculously funny question but I come from a Newton-Meter country. :)
Thx.
