A few weeks ago I saw a post about checking to make sure you can remove your fill plug before draining your transmission fluid. It's a good thing I saw that post because I can't get my fill plug out, so my question is:
Is it safe to use an air-powered wrench to attempt to loosen this? My dad has a leaky compressor that is older than I am, so it puts out very little force so it's not like I'll be hitting it with a demolition hammer. I have also seen the "chisel" method mentioned, but I have no idea what they are referring to. I zapped it with some PB Blaster tonight, but I'm not convinced it'll make a difference. Will the drain plug be any easier to remove?
Thanks
