Fritz: Small world, eh? No, its Flow Saab. They're ok on the scheduled maintenance items, but two things really ticked me off and made me realize that they aren't very experienced: the smoke thing, and second some TechII stuff that I wanted done (headlights) they said could not be done, even though it says so in the manual. I've printed some info from this board to 'educate' the guy there regarding the Tech II stuff, but haven't brought it in for that. I'll wait for 30k service, I guess. Interestingly, my wife bought a used BMW from Flow BMW, and the service there has been beyond belief, spectacular. I guess the dealership quality has a lot to do with mfg. backing, since they are the same owner? Dunno. As far as the turbo smoking, I've thought of Townsend imports, but I've called them several times, once he told me he was too busy for new customers, the last several times they've never even bothered to call me back. Not impressed. [Scott Patterson: I realize he's a sponsor of the board, please don't kill me]. I'll try him later, maybe he was just having a bad spell there. Heck, the damn car smoked yesterday, maybe I'll give him a ring now and see if he can look at it. I'll let you know. Enjoy your new car, they really are pretty cool.
