Now that I have your curiosity piqued. Took the 9-5 ARC in to have my local repair shop replace the Left Rear shock (they had just replaced it two weeks ago, and it was leaking). No big deal right, just few bolts and and a spring compressor - Oh no... Got the call late this afternoon to find that they stripped the lower spindle bolt hole... WTF is my first thought, oh and because it is AZ of course they are unable to even order the part till Monday...

So am I out of my mind here... Since they installed the shock the time before, to my mind they should be responsible for the cost of the spindle and the cost of my rental car. Sounds like they took the impact driver to install the bolt when they replaced them two weeks ago. Should I also have them see if they did the same thing to the right side?
