P0134 indicates no activity or the signal circuit back to T7 is open. This shows on Tech2 as a flatline. Ck. the circuit carefully. Prob. intermittant and T7 will not be a happy camper. Had a damaged pin at the MAP sensor on a V6 , very intermittant but it would not start when open as Tech2 showed the impossible figure of 300kpa with a resulting crazy deviation from MAF airflow reading to calc. airflow.
